I am now convinced birthday parties for kids should just be with their besties, hanging out doing their thing. I love this birthday girl, especially because we both have a love for salt...give us all of the olives and pickles please! We both love pizza and won't eat cheese on anything else. So yeah, my palette is aligned with the coolest 10 year old chick I've ever met. It was really special photographing her little party and I was so excited when her mom, my friend, asked me to do it! Mom and I worked together to plan the time of the party for optimal light and we talked about decoration that would photograph well. So, if you decide you ever want your kids party photographed, work with your photographer (hopefully me!) ahead of time to get awesome memories captured. I think as you look through these photos it will take you back to your childhood, just hangin' with your besties.
